WE OFFER FEDEX INTERNATIONAL PRIORITY TO MANY COUNTRIES IF YOU REQUIRE EXPRESS TIMED SHIPPING.

Most orders are processed within 1 to 3 working days, if the item is out of stock or during busy periods the expected processing date/timeframe will be shown in the product description.

If we cannot meet this time frame, we will contact you with an option to hold your order on backorder or cancel.

Domestic UK Order

UK orders can be sent with either Royal Mail 1st Class Signed for or 2nd Class post.

  • United Kingdom 1st Class
  • United Kingdom 2nd Class

Delivery can take longer during busy holiday periods like Christmas and Easter.

STANDARD AIRMAIL (NO TRACKING)

Worldwide Standard Airmail shipping is free for orders which include an iFlash adapter. *Certain countries are excluded from this service.

There is NO tracking number with the standard airmail service. If you require tracking then select the upgraded Tracked / Signed For shipping option.

If there are national holidays or any international air transport problems as well as local issues – deliveries can be delayed beyond the timeframes shown.

All shipping fees are non refundable once the item(s) has shipped.

Tracking information will be in your shipping confirmation email sent to you when the order has been dispatched.

The package can be tracked via the link supplied in the confirmation email.

EXPEDITED FEDEX PRIORITY SHIPPING

This is a timed expedited service

Service provided by FedEx International Priority

We are able to offer an expedited shipping service provided by FedEx to select countries.

We try to have expedited orders processed within 1 working day – but this is not guaranteed.

A signature is required on delivery – depending on your locale, you may be able to have the delivery re-arranged/redelivered or picked up from a local FedEx depot/collection point.

Your tracking information will be provided in the shipping confirmation email.

Shipping costs are non-refundable once the order has shipped.
