Shipping Information

Most orders are processed within 1 to 3 working days, if the item is out of stock or during busy periods the expected processing date/timeframe will be shown in the product description.

If we cannot meet this time frame, we will contact you with an option to hold your order on backorder or cancel.

The website will display the shipping options with costs available to you once you have entered your shipping address and country in the checkout page.

STANDARD AIRMAIL (NO TRACKING)

This is not a timed service – delivery times are for general guidance

Service provided by Royal Mail – International Airmail

Worldwide Standard Airmail shipping is free for orders which include an iFlash adapter. *Certain countries are excluded from this service.

There is NO tracking number with the standard airmail service. If you require tracking then select the upgraded Tracked / Signed For shipping option.

Delivery times are approximately as follows :-

  • United Kingdom – 1 to 7 days
  • Western Europe – 3 to 28 days (average 3 to 7 days)
  • USA, Canada – 5 to 31 days  (average 5 to 14 days)
  • Japan, Australia, New Zealand – 5 to 31 days (average 7 to 14 days)
  • Central & South America – 2 to 8 weeks
  • Asia – 2 to 8 weeks

If there are national holidays or any international air transport problems as well as local issues – deliveries can be delayed beyond the timeframes above. We cannot start a postal query until 25 business days has passed from shipping.

Expect to wait a long time if you live in the following countries :- Ukraine, Russia, South Korea, Brazil, Mexico, India.

All shipping fees are non refundable once the item(s) has shipped.

Service provided by Royal Mail – International Tracked Signed

Tracking information will be in your shipping confirmation email sent to you when the order has been dispatched.

The package can be tracked via the link supplied in the confirmation email.

EXPEDITED FEDEX PRIORITY SHIPPING

This is a timed expedited service

Service provided by FedEx International Priority

We are able to offer an expedited shipping service provided by FedEx to select countries, the normal delivery time is 1 to 3 business days from shipping.

We try to have expedited orders processed within 1 working day – but this is not guaranteed.

A signature is required on delivery – depending on your locale, you may be able to have the delivery re-arranged/redelivered or picked up from a local FedEx depot/collection point.

Your tracking information will be provided in the shipping confirmation email.

Shipping costs are non-refundable once the order has shipped.
