Shipping Information

Most orders are processed within 1 to 3 working days, if the item is out of stock or during busy periods the expected processing date/timeframe will be shown in the product description.

If we cannot meet this time frame, we will contact you with an option to hold your order on backorder or cancel.

The website will display the shipping options with costs available to you once you have entered your shipping address and country in the checkout page.


Domestic UK Order

UK orders we offer and use the following services.

  • Royal Mail Tracked 48H
  • Royal Mail Special Delivery
  • EVRI Standard

Delivery can take longer during busy holiday periods like Christmas and Easter.

Tracking information will be in your shipping confirmation email sent to you when the order has been dispatched.

If there are national holidays or any international air transport problems as well as local issues – deliveries can be delayed beyond quoted timeframes.

All shipping fees are non refundable once the item(s) has shipped.



This is a timed expedited service

Service provided by FedEx International Priority

We are able to offer an expedited shipping service provided by FedEx to select countries.

We try to have expedited orders processed within 1 working day – but this is not guaranteed.

Depending on your locale, you may be able to have the delivery re-arranged/redelivered or picked up from a local FedEx depot/collection point.

Your tracking information will be provided in the shipping confirmation email.

Shipping costs are non-refundable once the order has shipped.
